Mr Don M Ho, FCA (Singapore) has over 50 years of experience in public practice as an approved company auditor and licensed insolvency practitioner. Prior to setting up Don Ho & Associates (later rebranded as DHA+ pac) in 1974, he held the position as a former Partner of Deloitte & Touche Singapore in charge of the Insolvency Practice.
Mr Ho has significant experience in formal insolvency engagements, business advisory, stakeholder management and turnarounds, and is qualified to act as a scheme manager, receiver and manager, judicial manager, liquidator and trustee in bankruptcy. He was previously involved as a contributing member for the Omnibus Insolvency Law Review Committee under the Insolvency & Public Trustees Office, the Singapore Law Reform Committee, as well as part of the Government Study Group representing ICPAS to Australia, Washington and London regarding bankruptcy and liquidation.
Since the 1970s, Mr Ho has been involved in numerous Court winding up, corporate restructuring, creditors’ voluntary winding up, and members’ voluntary winding up. He has also been appointed to undertake judicial management, receiverships, scheme of arrangements, corporate valuations, forensic investigations for irregularities, contraventions, undervalue transactions and clawbacks.
Among the industries that Mr Ho has experienced as liquidator include, but not limited to, travel, oil & gas, manufacturing, property, investment holding, electronics, engineering, construction, manpower, food & beverage, transportation, tire manufacturing, pawnshops, and many more.
In the course of his work, Mr Ho has dealt with companies with different asset classes, i.e. inventory, properties, equities, intellectual properties, receivables, some of which have asset values in excess of S$10 million to S$50 million. He is also equally experienced in handling public companies involving more than 5,000 shareholders, as well as small and medium enterprises. Where required, Mr Ho has carried out assignments to the clients’ and the Court’s satisfaction as an officer of the Court.

Mr David Ho, CA (Singapore) is a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 10 years of experience in practice. Before joining DHA+ pac, he worked at EY Singapore as a manager dealing with initial public offerings.
Mr Ho is skilled in both personal and corporate insolvency appointments. He has handled assignments for publicly listed companies and SMEs, and undertaken clawbacks against directors and recoveries from undervalued shares, property and fixed assets transactions. He has also supervised forensic investigations, schemes of arrangement and receivership, as well as valuation exercises for SMEs, for shareholder sell-out, and matrimony cases.
